Guten-free Walnut Cake Recipe

We're excited to share the recipe for our gluten-free walnut cakes, which have been a hit at 2023 Christchurch Food Show.

Ingredients

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  • Beat the egg white with sugar until dense.
  • Add egg yolks.
  • Gently mix in the Trickett's Grove walnut flour.
  • Pour into a 6 inch cake tin.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Check with a wooden skewer before removing from oven.
  • Enjoy!
