Guten-free Walnut Cake Recipe
We're excited to share the recipe for our gluten-free walnut cakes, which have been a hit at 2023 Christchurch Food Show.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cups Trickett's Grove Walnut Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- Icing sugar for decoration
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
- Beat the egg white with sugar until dense.
- Add egg yolks.
- Gently mix in the Trickett's Grove walnut flour.
- Pour into a 6 inch cake tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check with a wooden skewer before removing from oven.
- Enjoy!
